pH plus is used to increase the levels especially if stabilised chlorine tablets are used or in areas where the tap water is soft. To increase the pH it will be necessary to add alkalinity to the water and by adding an alkalinity builder this will slowly increase the pH of the hot tub water.

Why is pH an important factor?

• pH plus is Alkalinity Builder or Sodium Bicarbonate
• Alkalinity should be kept between 80 ppm and 140 ppm
