Delivery of your Hot Tub...

We will Deliver your new hot tub -

Hot tubs & gazebos are ordered direct from manufacturer and are ready within 7 weeks. As soon as we receive the order our orders manager will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time with you. Commissioning of the tub will also take place at the time of delivery.

• All goods are fully insured whilst in transit.

• We reserve the right not to dispatch goods until payment has been made in full.

• Unfortunately we do not take orders for export outside of the UK at present.

• The hot tub will be delivered either on a trailer or a flat bed vehicle measuring up to 7m long, 2.1m wide & 2.4m high. Please ensure there is adequate access for such a vehicle to reach your house/driveway.

• We will supply two men to deliver & commission your hot tub. We may need assistance if it is difficult access or with the Grand Canyon. Please read through the following and advise us of any difficulties you foresee when we contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery
